More affordable care.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your relationships, or your professional growth, we welcome the opportunity to connect. Our approach centers compassion, collaboration, and respect for your experiences.

Individual Therapy

A supportive space to explore what you’re experiencing, build understanding, and work toward meaningful change. We collaborate with you to identify your goals and develop an approach that fits your needs.

Services are provided through telehealth by licensed clinicians, pre-licensed clinicians, and supervised graduate student interns, depending on availability.

Couples & Family Therapy

Space to explore relationship concerns, strengthen communication, and work toward shared goals with support from a clinician.

Contact us to discuss couples and family therapy options and whether an available provider is a good fit for your needs.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers opportunities to explore shared concerns, learn skills, and work toward therapeutic goals alongside others in a clinician-facilitated setting.

Group offerings vary by current programming and clinician availability. Contact us to ask about upcoming groups or express interest.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Thoughtful support for students and clinicians focused on ethical practice, case conceptualization, clinical skills, and professional development.

We also welcome inquiries about graduate clinical placements and meaningful learning opportunities. Supervision and placements depend on applicable requirements, university approval, and availability.

Let’s find an accessible starting point.

Graduate student intern sessions are $25. Sliding-scale fees and limited pro bono appointments may be available based on financial need and provider availability.

Not sure where to begin? We offer a free 15-minute client consultation to explore your needs, answer questions, and discuss available options.
